With a new line of office printers ready to go to market, Hewlett Packard's
launch strategy hinged on a new customer-focused, consultative sales
approach. To deliver the needed sales training, Interakt created web-based,

selling, but also introduced Harry, an animated "mentor" to engage the
sales team interactively in simulated selling scenarios.

By title, MOTOAGENTS sound somewhat like a marketing counterpart to the
fictional superspy James Bond. In reality, they are Motorola's well-equipped
field force for gathering retail market intelligence. In the tradition of 007,
MOTOAGENTS are ingeniously supported by high technology-in their case, by
a mobile application custom created by Interakt that runs on a PDA and
allows agents to collect, record, and report critical product, sales, and
competitive data remotely.
Not as sexy or dangerous as international intrigue, perhaps, but just as mission
critical for Motorola.

Development Corporation: helping businesses start, expand, or
relocate in the Big Apple. In 2006, however, the company felt
gridlocked by a website that didn't exactly deliver on the brand
promise nor make it easy for users to "make it there," as the song goes.
NYCEDC turned to Interakt to help polish the Big Apple's brand
image and improve user experience on its web portal. Today, thanks
to easy navigation, advanced search and clear content, users can
take care of business quickly and easily, or as the natives would say,
