Shortlisted for Independent Agency of the Year!

It was a memorable evening to crown a year of outstanding achievements for Interakt, at the awards function for Agency Of the Year Awards (AOYA) 2008. Shortlisted for the “Independent Agency of the Year” category, Interakt stood proud among some of the best in the Asia Pacific advertising industry.
In its 15th year, AOYA, organized by Media, celebrates excellence in advertising communication and execution in the region. The judging panel this year was made up of seven regional marketers and two senior members of Media’s editorial team. The event this year saw awards being given away for 18 categories to winners selected from a large field of almost 170 submissions.
ndependent Agency of the Year, a new category instituted this year, included four other finalists besides Interakt: Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Cosmo Public Relations, Iris, and Jeh United. This category award was eventually won by Bartle Bogle Hegarty.
Coming at the end of a productive year, Interakt’s success at the AOYA serves to underline its commitment to being the best, to inspiring action, and to delivering results….
